Fiberglass is a wonderful boat building product. It's light weight and very 
strong. Just because the hull has a little give to it when you press it with 
your foot does not mean that it is weak in that spot. Leave it alone and 
concentrate on finding where the water is coming from. This is a 22 foot boat, not 
the Titanic, it's bound to have some give to it or it would weigh more than it 
already does.
