Ashley,
There are currently 6 Rhodes on Lake Hartwell. The marina on the southern end 
of the lake is primarily sail boats. I keep my boat at Portman Marina because 
that's where I live. There is also the Western Carolina Sailing Club on the 
Lake. Plenty of sailing waters, but the winds can shift a lot on you because of 
our proximity to the mountains.
We really enjoy sailing on Hartwell. It's very deep in places, with some 
shoals and a few sandy beaches.
