Larry,
If you do a search on the Internet, there are many sources for Clymar and  
other manuals. Most, if not all 2 stroke motors use a 50:1 fuel oil mix.  
Maintenance? Replace the spark plugs annually and the foot oil. Not much else to  
do. Perhaps an occasional cleaning the carb with a spray can of carb cleaner and 
 you're good to go.
