Ed,
I doubt that Bob will upgrade his company vehicle, probably just get a  
bigger one next time. I tried to explain to Bob that a dual axle with brakes  isn't 
a cure all to his problems. Dual axle trailers do not turn as sharp as  
single axles. Also, brakes can become a problem requiring maintenance over  time.
