If nineteen Muslim extremists killed themselves over the (reported) story  of 
flushing one Koran, I'd chip in a $100.00 for a fund to buy and desecrate the 
 books. They burn our flag and our president in effigy all the time and 
there's  no repercussions for their actions. 
On the other hand, they say that if a Muslim man lays his eyes on a naked  
women other than his wife, he is going to die. Hire a bunch of hookers and send  
them over there naked as a jaybird to help them along their journey.
