Most R22 trailers have the tongue extension. It may or may not be needed  
depending on the ramp you are using.
General boats makes a mast raising crane that allows a single person,  either 
wet or dry, to raise or lower the mast alone. You body weight, ethnicity,  
sex or lack thereof are no factor in it's usefulness.
