Dean,
One person can do the entire procedure alone. Once you get the rigging down  
to a routine, a single person can rig or de rig in about an hour. Once you get 
 past thinking about it and doing it naturally, it becomes easy.
I use the six pack method myself. I get a six pack of cold beer and grab  two 
BIG neighbors to help me manhandle my mast.
