I hope Stan has tied everything down and left for drier land. It appears as  
though Ophelia is going to grind away at the NC coast for a long time. 
I know that Alex and Pamela normally move everything off their floors well  
ahead of time. Perhaps they will show up in my driveway in their land  yacht.
