Bob,
I remember having to take our dock out of the lake when we lived in  
Wisconsin. Always wanting to get the most out of the lake, I always ended up  taking 
it out during a snow storm. Our paddle boat was buried in the snow and  frozen 
to the ground so we had to leave it behind when we moved to SC in  December.
