Brad, Giving aid and comfort to the enemy? Get real. Thump your chest again and say: "I'm right and I know I'm right and nothing will change my mind". Anyone with a brain knows that this war was, and still is wrong. 300 billion dollars later and still no end in sight. The numbers of KIA increase daily. This is a mess and it's affecting our economy in a manner that will take decades to straighten out. I thought the Republicans were known for fiscal responsibility and the Democrats just want to tax and spend? At least the Democrats spent their tax money on things in this country. Our national debt is out of control, we have no energy policy, no direction and no leadership from the present administration. The war, as it's presently being conducted is a farse. We have no control over Iraq's borders and less over their people. The enemy will continue to recruit from the poor and uneducated and will outlast the Americans and the coalition. That's not aiding the enemy, that's just plain simple fact. A smart person knows when to pull out. Hopefully the Democrats and the Republicans will figure this out and bring our troops home. And really, quoting Pat Buchanan is a new low for you. RummySee the original archive post
