Have you tried a mixture of lemon juice and baking soda? Baking soda is used 
for eliminating odors in a variety of situations, including refrigerators and 
cat litter boxes. The lemon juice might actually sweeten the tank and get rid 
of the aftertaste from the antifreeze.
