The easiest backup method is with a 120 G or so external hard drive that  
plugs in via USB. They usually come with easy to use software that makes direct  
copies of your hard drive. $125.00 or so. Cheap security. 
Or, just install an additional hard drive in your computer (internal) and  
back up files. A good 120 G hard drive is now around $90.00.
