Slim,
I used the round end of the belt sander to get the curve right for the  boob. 
It took several attempts before I had the curve correct, but it turned out  
nice. Small belt sanders are inexpensive. They are around fifty bucks at 
Menards  or Home Depot.
Or, you could just ask me to make one for you. :) Send me the cleat(s) and  
I'll custom make them for you.
