The proper installation of the additional track involves drilling pilot  
holes and then use a tap to thread the hole. The appropriate bolt is installed  
with 5200 to hold in place and give a permanent seal. A tap and die kit can be  
purchase from Sears (Craftsman) and they are not that expensive. You might 
even  be able to buy just the single tap size you need.
