SLOW AND HOGS IN THE WATER?????? Get real. I sail on an inland lake and can easily keep up with C22's and pass them on a regular basis. That being said, all the boats you named have cockpit envy. The R22 is the finest made 22 cruiser you will find. Plenty of room in the cabin with the pop top raised. I sail many times with as many as six people on board. Try that with those other boats and you won't even have any knee room. Take a test sail with an owner and you too will understand why the R22 is still in production. You are welcome to drive up to Lake Hartwell in Anderson, SC for a really fun show and tell.
