Dismiss research that does not coincide with their agenda?
First of all,  this 'lecture' is not research. It's selective of data and 
information for a  purpose. It is hardly representative of the current body of 
published research.  Has Carter actually published anything that contradicts 
AGW? No he has not.  Knowledge goes a long way. And you make a fundamentally 
faulty assumption that  this is indeed research based on the best available 
science. It is not. RESEARCH  IT YOURSELF.
