The free ride is coming to an end as many states are taking up the system 
that Wisconsin currently has. In order to receive any social benefits (AKA 
welfare) they require the recipients to work and or go to school and there is 
a time limit for which they can receive this assistance. The free lunch ends 
at a specified time.
