In spite of Ed's constant proclamations of there being plenty of water in  
Lake Hartwell, look where I found him and his non Rhodes sailboat.
The road bed you see in the photos is normally under twelve feet of water.  
The marina has started removing all boats because very soon the  entire marina 
will be dry.
