Mike,
First check the bulb for the streaming light. If it's fine then the next
area to check is the deck fitting. It has a history of corroding the wires
inside the connector. You will need a very fine (eyeglass type) screwdriver
to loosen the connectors and remove the wires. You will probably find that
they are green with corrosion. Clean with a wire brush and reinsert. I have
found that using a liquid electrical tape over the connector will make it
last longer.

Doyle must've paid overnight for the batten shipping. It got here
yesterday.
Rigged the new genoa this morning so s/v Muireann is almost ready to go.
Still need to troubleshoot the forward white light on the masthead, it
didn't light up. Also, need to "un-winterize" the water system, check the
batteries, fill the fuel tank ... But we're getting there. May splash
tomorrow or mid-week. Then we're off the the Chesapeake next Friday with
any luck for a few days cruising near Annapolis.
