Rob,
We have had a little less than six inches in the month of May. This spring  
has been very wet and cooler than normal. Lake Hartwell is just 3/100ths 
away  from being three feet below full pool. They stopped releasing water from 
the  lake for several months and that really helped the situation. Now they 
are back  to generating power with normal releases. I guess we will see 
what the summer  will bring us. It sure is nice to have water back in the lake.
