David, The electric winch is just a part of the motorized motor lift. There are several pieces which are manufactured by General Boats and only available through them. Contact Stan, I'm sure he will be able to ascertain which lift you have and whether or not it can be converted or if you need a new assembly. Rummy In a message dated 11/11/2009 10:36:41 P.M. The hardest thing for me is pulling the sliding motor mount up so I can tilt it back which is the easy part. Can anyone suggest where I should look for an electric winch that would work on the R-22. Monday Nov. 9th capped off 3 days of great sailing on Gardiners Bay before hauling, a great weather week in New York. Eager to get back in April or May. Many thanks, David David J.
