Caesar,
This boat is so rotten that transporting it would be almost impossible. All 
 you could use this for is a pattern. The wood is so rotten and water 
saturated  that I doubt you could actually burn it.

Subject: [Rhodes22-list] List quiet.

Well, since the list has  been quiet I thought I'd throw this at the group. 
 
I went with some  friends Tuesday to look at a 1950's vintage all wood 
sailboat  that  someone was willing to give away. All we knew is that it 
was 35 
feet  long  and needing restoration. Unfortunately, the hull is beyond  
restoring and should  probably be stripped of any and all hardware  and 
burned. It's 
always sad to see  a boat deteriorate from neglect  like this one has. I 
expressed interest in the  wooden mast if it is  ever found.
