You might want to consider a bigger boat than a Kayak. As soon as you shoot
the shotgun, the recoil will propel you back where you came from.

it could have come from based on the angle & the height above ground.

One wrinkle is that the house was sold a month or so ago....and I suspect
that it was the previous owners...in which case the issue is moot.

Based on the photos you posted, it looks like a pretty straight shot, not
one that was shot into the air and then came down. I would hate to say

it looks intentional, but the shooter should have known what was in front
