Easy solution to the sleeping problem. Buy the cockpit filler cushions from 
 Stan along with the boom room and turn the cockpit into your bedroom at 
night.  Plenty of room and lots of comfort.

Stan has devised an  extension of a couple of feet for one side of the
v-berth so I'm sure he  could figure out some way to make the double bed a
little bit wider.   A hinged step next to the regular step could be raised
for access to the  cooler.  Plastic storage bins of the right height could
support one of  the cockpit cushions to make a king-sized bed.

Didn't do any sailing  there but my first wife and I were married in
Copenhagen.  We've been  married for over 30 years and she still doesn't 
like
to be introduced as my  first wife.
