No, I'm in SC. A little research and a couple of phone calls should get you 
 the information you need without having to pay an arm and a leg for the  
inspection. I'm a little pressed for time right now as we are leaving to go 
to  the Shuttle launch Friday and I have a lot of things to get done before  
then.

I've been reading  horror stories on the blogs about boaters not being able
to get inspectors  out without paying them $100 traveling fees + the $50
inspection fee. I'm  all for responsible boating, but, paying them $50 every
year to come and  look at the same head with the same valve in the same
position? Sounds like  a nice scam to me.  Geoff
