Rick,
Actually it's easier in the lazz. The tank has a fuel gauge. Open lid, read
gauge, close lid. I never have to get down on my knees, which is getting
increasingly harder each year. At least the getting up part is.

Rummy,

Ever open your laz on a sunny day? It can get very hot in there.

I mounted an eye bolt under my bench. A bungee cord through the tank
handle
and hooked to the bolt keeps the gas tank from sliding out on a severe heel
to starboard. And I can still slide the tank out enough to see the fuel
gauge. (Easier than trying to see it leaning into the dark laz.)

Rick
