I have a VHF antenna with a windex brand telltale which fits over the antenna mast. No problem in over ten years. Be sure to coat everything aloft with WD-40 which deters spiders. Spiders always seek the highest point of their environment. Rummy In a message dated 11/15/2012 12:34:54 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, mtroy at atlanticbb.net writes: We have the Davis Spar-fly. We like it a lot. WM and others have replacement vanes if that's all you need. We like it becuse it gives less of a perch than the Windex vanes - we lost several of them to large birds. Telltales on the shrouds are great but a vane aloft has also seemed useful to us. Mary Lou 1991 R22 Fretless Rock Hall, MD At 11:08 AM 11/15/2012, you wrote:See the original archive post
