Hey Jesse, Good looking Rhodes! I think you're under priced. I sold my 89/05 in December for 21K. The buyer contacted me 15 minutes after I posted my flyer on The List, which makes me think i was under priced. Yours looks as good or better than mine. I made alot of improvements too. I expect yours is more up to date. Many of the Rhodes I've seen on The List look poorly maintained.
