My rudder uphaul cleat seems to have failed. The boat is in the water and I can’t quite tell for sure what the problem is but I would like to get a replacement before I dive in (literally) to inspect repair.  I had to do this several years ago but can it remember the proper name of the part or specs.   Can anyone help with this or provide a source?
