I have a 1976 Rhodes 22 on a trailer in my driveway.  She has not been in the water for over 5 years due to the aging of her owner, but has been kept covered with tarps.  She needs some work to get her sea-worthy, but I believe that the hull and decks are structurally sound. I acquired the boat in 1990 and sailed her in the Chesapeake bay for many years.  I have always dry-sailed, that is, kept the boat on a trailer between launches.  As far as I know, she has never spent time in a slip.  While we were sailing her, I tried to keep her in good condition, and I believe that someone who appreciates a sailboat repair challenge could have her ready for the water fairly quickly.   She comes with a Triad trailer and a 1992 Johnson 9.9 Hp long shaft motor, gently used.  She is currently located in Bowie, MD, about 15 miles from Annapolis.  I welcome private email inquiries!
