Hi Roger.
I attached photos of the welds, and the current storage situation, I was not home at the moment.

I do not have the " lift base", this would attach to a.standard lift.  pics is of what I have.  So most of the following questions I can't help with. I do not know who made it other than it was an employee of the previous owner.

Maybe I should call it a custom cradle for the r22 rather a lift.
