Hello Rhodies,

I hope everyone’s off season is going well. I will finally be addressing my lower chainplate issues in April.  For those of you who have had to patch your deck, is there a product that seems to match the Rhodes deck color most?  I will have to cut out topside fiberglass and remove/repair some rotten core.

For those of you that have reinforced/replaced the original tab chainplate with a stronger system attached to the cabin sides, what is the best material to use for the backing plate?
