Sadly, we’ve decided to sell our Rhodes 22.  We just don’t get down to the lake as much as we would like, and as my wife says, it’s too nice a boat not to be sailed.  It’s a 1985 model, factory refurbished by Stan in 2001.  We have owned it since 2015.  Some photos are attached.  It’s located in a slip at Keowee Sailing Club on Lake Keowee, SC.  (I am located about an hour and a half away, outside Asheville, NC.). It comes with an almost-new Torqeedo electric motor and cases (purchased in 2022 for just under $3,000), barely used Sobstad sails (bought in 2021), a trailer with new tires and lights, IMF main, Stan’s mast hoist system, captain’s chairs, Bimini & cover with matching canvas hatch covers (covers are off in the photo), cooler (wired for shore power), porta-potty, Danforth anchor, several PFDs, swim ladder, and other accessories.  I am asking $9500.
