We recently purchased a 2012 Rhodes 22 and had our first sail last on the Long Island Sound last weekend – we had a great time!

I had a question about the traveler set up. The traveler bar came with the line looped around the ends and cleated in a way that makes the traveler stationary (see attached photos). Can someone please explain or show a picture of how the line on the traveler is supposed to be set up and operated?
