Centerboard won't drop/ control line size

Hi Ric,
I had a chance to visit my boat today.  The blocks mounted to the back of my centerboard are Ronstan RF663 (see pic).  As I suspected these are sized for 3/16 line.  I'm not sure if they're original, but I suspect they are.
